"John Bull", "John T. Bull" and "John Turnbull"

My ancestor, John T. Bull (Turnbull) was in Morgan County, Indiana in 1830. In 1840 his widow, Nellie (Penelope), was living in that part of Taney County, Missouri that would be Ozark County, Missouri in 1841.

John T. Bull, his father John Bull and brother James Bull were living in Knox County, Kentucky in 1810. They were in Grainger County, Tennessee in 1800 as this is where John Bull, Jr. married Penelope Collins the daughter of David Collins.

The 1810 Census for Grainger County, Tennessee includes a John Bull. According to census records our John Bull was in Knox County, Kentucky in 1810. Who is the Grainger County John Bull? Is he related to the John Bull of Greene County, Tennessee that served in the American Revolution?

Trying to fit the pieces together. Glain
