My line of Tunbow's (Turnbaugh) goes like this: John Turnbough married Margaret Tunnbow. They had Andrew Turnbow, who married Grace Coffey. Andrew Turnbow and Grace Coffey Turnbow had a daughter who married Benjamin B. Rose and a son, Chesley Turnbow who married Sabra Rose. Benjamin and ? Turnbow Rose had Granville C. Rose. Granville C. Rose married Mary E. Turnbow Rose and had James Thomas Rose. (confused yet?) James Thomas Rose married Mary Jane Mollie Petty and they had John Franklin Rose. John Franklin Beasley married Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Rose and they had George Thomas Beasley. George Thomas Beasley married Irene Wyatt and they had Gloria Kay Beasley. Gloria Kay Beasley married Darrell Ray Moore and they had Steven Ray Moore (my husband!) There was an awful lot of 'family marrying' here and I get really confused!!! I, too, am searching for information on the Turnbow's, Turnbaugh's. Does any of this fit with your research. I have dates on most of this, but it is in a book on the "Rose" family, which my mother-in-law has right now. Let me know what you think, and if we "fit."
Thanks,
Christi
