Hi Melvin,
Thanks for the info. I do have a question.

The 1880 Census for Tazewell show Thomas' son Reese T. Turley, age 22 and Margaret (Hilt), age 16, living in the household of David and Jane (Bowling) Turley.

The 1900 Census of Bland County, VA show Reese T. Turley married to "Lou" and listed with 9 children and married for 20 years. Is Lou the same person as "Margaret"??

The 1910 census show Reese T. Turley married to "Lou", but Lou is listed as a "2nd marriage", and that they were married for 16 years. Lou is listed as having 5 children - 5 living. It appears that Reese Turley was married twice. What information do you have on "Lou"??

Byron K. Durham
