Hi there,
Can anyone help me translating a document that I found in my grandfathers belongings?
It is probably a birth certificate or a kind of passport writen in Turkish or probably in the old Othoman dated 1913. It has also a date writen by hand 20 Oct 1922 and a number 39b or 393.
It will help a lot with my family tree investigations.
