From what I can tell, my ancestors came from Ireland, then settled in central PA.One of my ancestors, Col. Thomas Turbett, was a revolutionary war hero, and was given a plot of land in Juniata County.
To this day, there still remains "Turbett Township", and the Turbett Grange building is still active.
