This is what I found in the Tupper Genealogy by Eleanor Tupper.
Willis Harvey Tupper, b. 16 Aug 1869, at Lyndon, WI; d. 1936. On 1 Jan 1893 at Jennings, LA., m. Mary Everesta Gooch, who was b. 1 Jan 1875. She was dau. Of John Toland and Annie (Hamilton) Gooch. Willis was planter and merchant and resided at Elton, LA.

Henry Newton Tupper, known as “Newton” , b. 6 March 1837 at Boston, Ohio. Died 1 Nov. 1907 at Elton, LA. On 16 Feb 1862 at Plymouth, WI, m. Angelina M. Fritts who was b. 21 Apr 1845 in Cayuga City, NY. And d. 6(8) June 1907 either at Elton or China, LA. She was dau. Of Robert and Amy (Bowen) Fritts, of Plymouth, WI.

Harvey Tupper, b. 13 Nov 1800 near Rutland, VT.; d. Jun 1883. On 12 Sep 1826 at Parishville, NY. , m. Joanna Willis, who was b. 26 Jul 1806 at Norage ( Norwich?) VT. She was dau. Of John Flavel and Sarah (Dana) Willis. Harvey was a farmer and res. In Parishville, NY. Moving to Summit City, OH. In 1834 and subsequently to Lyndon, Sheboygan City, WI. Harvey’s family were accompanied by brothers Thomas, Ebenezer, and Union and their families.

Great Grand Parents:
Simeon Tupper, b. ca. 1765; d. 2 Dec 1845 at Boston, OH. Phebe White, whom he married, probably in Pittsford, VT. Died 17 July 1842. Lived in Pittsfield, MA. Parishville, NY>, and Boston, OH.
       Simeon Served in the Revolution, enlisting at age 16. Was fife major in the regiment of Continental Troops commanded by his uncle, Col. Benjamin Tupper.
