I have a 1975 booklet, "Driving Tours of Maryland" which has a few sentences about this cottage, but nothing on the Tunstall family:
"Tunstall Cottage, Broad and Church Streets, was built in 1705 and is the oldest inhabited dwelling in Princess Anne. Particularly noteworthy is the free standing chimney on the north end of the dwelling. (not open)
I am not researching this family, but thought this might be of interest to someone.
