This is the will of Thomas Tunstall 1761-1810, son of Thomas Tunstall and Ruth Vicory, husband of Mildred Todd. __________________________________________________________ Franklin County, Kentucky Wills Bk 1 p.66 In the name of god amen, I Thomas Tunstall of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky do ordain, constitute, and appoint my friend Thomas Todd of the County of Woodford and State aforesaid Executor, and my wife Milly Tunstall Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made Impremis I direct that my said Executor and Executrix will first pay all my just debts and I hereby give all my Estate both real and personal to my wife Milly Tunstall aforesaid to be by her disposse of in manner and form as she may think proper allowing my son Henry Tunstall an annuity of fifty dollars during his life payable out of my said Estate. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine. An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Thomas Tunstall deceased was produced in Court by Thomas Todd one of the Executors therein and proven by the oaths of Tunstall Cox and Richard W.
