Hi Janice,
I don't know if I am related in any way to Alice, I know virtually nothing about my Tunstall forebears. However my maternal Grandfather was Joseph Tunstall, after service in th R.N. he lived in Pendlebury (Salford) and had a bakers shop which became a jewellers some time in the late 1930's after which he moved to Newton Heath Manchester 10, Grosvenor St. as it was then, it changed to Goddard St in the early 50's. My Grandfather was married to a Mary Kelly, I am told she was from Dublin, and that she dabbled in some sort of spiritualism (odd for a Roman Catholic) My Mother Agness was their only Daughter, she died when I was 11 in 1956, I have one vague memory of being with her relatives so I think they lived not too far away from Newton Heath.
