It is very possible that they are. Mary's father Jacob was married to Sarah (Mary's mother) who died when Mary was young. He remarried to a woman named Mary. According to LDS records, Jacob and Mary had a child named Jane. Since they are all from the same town, it is most likely that they are half siblings. I have no idea if Mary had any other siblings from the first marriage.
