Elizabeth Jordon Tune is my great, great grandmother. She was married to James A Tune. I know that she was born on August 11, 1827 and died November 21, 1889 and is interred in the Riverton Cemetery in Colbert County Riverton AL. I understand that the cemetery is now underwater due to a dam or something going in.
I know that she had something like 10 kids with my great grandfather being Samuel Henry Tune. My dad was James Kenneth Tune. I know the names of Elizabeth's children were Steven A Tune, John J Tune, Manda B Tune, Samuel Henry Tune, Saloma E Tune, Mary P Tune, Margaret A Tune, Sintha (Cintha) A Tune, Jensie Tune, Anebarella C Tune. I know Jesie Tune was born in Mississippi, married S.B. Morphen on December 04, 1885 in Colbert County, AL and A.C. Barton on Feb. 28, 1892 in Colbert County.
I can't take credit for all this info as I have an amazing cousin who found all this out. Hope this helps.
Suzanne (Tune) Marcantoni
