I have notes from researcher Mr. Cochran ... that Willoughby son of Richard and Elizabeth ... was married to Ann Mills. Mr. Cochran is dead and I've been unable to contact anyone who knows what became of his extensive work on this family. Actually, the beginning of his work was from another researcher who had worked for fifty years collecting and researching.
