Another arguement about Byrd Tullos is that there were no Mississippi land records to show that a Byrd Tullos even existed and no census records show Byrd and Flora. They should have appeared on the 1860 census even if they were supposedly deceased in 1865.

The only male land owners whose names began with "A" were Albert, Archibald. That pretty well seals the case for me.
