Hey Tull Researchers, I came across the following in "The Dozier Family of Lower Norfolk County" by Abiatha Dozier Willis. In the Colonial Records of North Carolina, Higher Court Minutes, General Court, July 1718, p. 184 and 185: Jarvis vs Tull: Francis Jarvis and Eliza his wife, are Plaintiffs and Benjamin Tull and Susannah his wife are Defendants in a Plea of Trespass Assault and Battery, wounding and maiming, etc. The court decided in favor of Francis Jarvis and his wife, Eliza. Does anyone know if this is the Benjamin Tull, father of Jane Tull (Tully) Dauge and Susannah Tull (Tully) Dauge? If so, this is the first evidence I've seen for his wife's name - Susannah. Also, I've been entering my collected info. on the Benjamin Tull and family (it ain't a lot) into Family Tree Maker. I've also used Google Earth and made some approximate locations of some of Benjamin's land in Currituck Co., NC. I'd be glad to share what I have with anyone who wants it. E-mail me directly at Etheri2351@aol.com. Stevie Etheridge Marietta, GA (but born and raised in the wilds of south Alabama) Notify Administrator about this message?
