I too am a Tuite

I'm a Tuite. My grandfather came to America in the 1920's? from county Louth. His name was John and he came from an area called castle Drodghada(Spelling was never my strong point)and lived in NYC. Evidently, he was a very good hurley player and once returned to Ireland to compete on the american team in the mid 1930's. I know I have relatives in Dublin, and even met some of them in the 70's when they visited. My mother's family came from county Cork near Cobb, and were Murphys and Toweys. Both my maternal grandparents were from that area and came to America in the late 1910-15 time frame. If this note suggests that you are part of my extended family, I'd love to hear from you.
