Receipts were given to John Tucker, executor of the estate of Henry Tucker Sr as follows: by Mary Tucker, daughter of Abraham Tucker, on 13 day of the 9th month 1700. This receipt was witnessed by Abraham Tucker and Hannah Tucker (by her mark) by Patience Tucker, daughter of Abraham Tucker, in 1705. This receipt was witnessed by Amos White, Joseph Woodell and Meribath Slocum. by Henry Tucker (son of Abraham Tucker) of Dartmouth on the 4 day of the 2d month Anno Dom 1702. by Martha Tucker of Dartmouth on the "30th day of the 2d month" 1708. by Abigail Tucker of Dartmouth on the 7th day of the 7th month Anno 1708. All of the above receipts were entered by John Cary, Register, on 11 November 1708. Henry Tucker Sr. is mentioned as one of the overseers of the estate of "Mathew" Allen in Mr. Allen's will of February 7, 1688. From the account of John Tucker, executor of the estate of Henry Tucker the following legacies were paid out: Sarah Horssee (also spelled Haxse--husband? mentioned as Joseph Haxse)- Receipt dated 4th day of the first month in the year 1694/5. Signed by Sarah Haxse (by her mark) and Joseph Haxse. Nathaniel Slocum (calls Henry "father-in-law")- Receipt dated the 12th day of the first month in the year 1695. Samuel Perry - Receipt dated the fourth day of the first month 1694-5. Abraham Tucker- Receipt dated 1st day of the 1st month in the year 1695. All of these legacies were entered on by John Cary, Register, on July 3, 1695. Also the following legacy: "We in the behalfe of the Restof the people in Scorn Called Quakers have Received of John Tucker Executr to his father Henry Tucker the sum of five pounds Currantt Money of New England it being a legacie bequeathed to Us by said Henry Tucker in his last will & Testament beareing Date the first day of the first month: Called march in the year 1693 & Received the second Day of the Ninth month Called November in the year 1694 and is signed by us Underwritten of Road Island &c the 27 of the 6th mnth Called August 1695" Signed Walter Clarke, John Easton, Jacob Mott, Daniel Gould and John Gould.
