Karen,
Thank you again for your prompt response.Since sharing
the info on Esther Tucker, I too discovered the VARIOUS
Rev. Pensioned application papers referenced.Apparently Jedidiah was turned down when he applied (app. was 7 pages long). The app. that Tamar filed also named a James Tucker as well as Nancy & what appears to be 2 neighbors seemingly not related to the Tuckers.
I found a lot about the Lillies & their ancestors but
found nothing about Jedidiah's past.
My original ?? was not stated well (I do use the Mass.
VR Records a lot & they're great!).What I meant to
ask is have you seen proof that Asa Fellows mar. the
Esther Tucker, daughter of Jed. & Tamar? It certainly
seems so, but was hoping you knew where & when they were mar.Asa's father was Ensign David Fellows, a Continental
Officer, who died in a Canadian POW Camp in 1779.Asa &
his siblings were born & raised in Litchfield Co.
I discovered a Hadassah Tucker born in 1774 Chesterfield,
MA.Is that who you descend from? She too lived in Norfolk for a brief time in the early 1800s.Asa & Esther
& Asa's surviving sibs as well as Asa's mother moved
into NY State aft. 1808 but before 1810.
Thanks again for your help!
