The families of Henry Tucker, b. ca. 1775 in NC, who married 1. Mary Grant and 2. Sarah Meyer; and David Tucker, the Rev. War Patriot from NC, who married Sylvania (thought to be Perkins), and later moved to Bedford/Rutherford counties Tennessee, are related for sure, as proven through dna testing.

Both of these families named sons and then grandsons, Kinchen Tucker. (Also sometimes spelled Kintion.) At this point it is not known where the Kinchen name comes from, or if there was a Kinchen?Tucker marriage somewhere in the past.
