The following is the copy from the probate minutes we received from Franklin County, Tennessee as mentioned by Joan (Tucker) Flatt.It proved our Alexander Tucker (ca 1803- aft. 1880) was not a son of George Tucker, we will keep looking.Thanks, Joan.

August Term, 1833
This day Thomas Murphy came into open court and after being duly sworn, states that he was acquainted with George Tucker in his lifetime, that he has been dead some years, that at the time of his death he had the following children being heirs to wit: Erasmus, John., Nancy & James Tucker, that since that time, James, the youngest, has died, and that the other three children are now his only children & heirs.
