Hi Wes- I am not realted to these families that I know of, but have tried to put together files on the Lennox and Addington County Tryon's for past nine years.

I am particularly interested in finding all of the children of the William Tryon who was killed when helping to build that barn. I have his date of death as June 7, 1834 (not 1840) taken from the John Collins Clark diary as transcribed and published by Linda Corupe. Same info said he left a widow and ten children.

I am happy to know the name of William's widow- you say it is Mary Polly Brown. I wish I knew if she re-married after William was killed, that would perhaps help me find her and her children.

Do you know if that William E. Tryon family has the names of all of William and Mary Polly's children?

Thanks from Nora
