Hi All,
I got a note about 3 Truluck Brothers b abt 1825-30 living in the Sumter Co. Area of SC married 3 Thomas Sisters abt 1827-35 in about the 1840-50's or so. The Thomas sisters were from the Darlington/Sumter/Florence co. area and there are a substantial number of Truluck residents in and about the Timmonsville/Sardis area Belonging to Sardis Baptist Church to this day (seen names on church committee board notes.
The brothers in question are George, JohnThomas, and Ebb married to Margaret, Martha Ann, and Rebecca respectively. The three brothers enlisted in the 26th Co. H SCV in the Civil War. Ebb was killed.
These notes I'm passing along from Martin Truluck which I found on the Thomas line.
Hope it makes a connection for someone.
Mary
