Sandy, My name is Dennis Jackson and I am a decendant of Benjamin R. Trull, who was the brother to James Riley Trull, who was the father of James M. Trull, b: 24 Mar 1871. James was the father to at least 4 children that I have a record of, and they are: James Trull, b: 1894, Katherine E. Trull, b: 23 Jan 1895, Charles J. Trull, b:1904 & Bryan Hayden Trull, b: 1907. James Riley Trull was one of 8 children born to the Rev. John G. Trull (my gg-grandfather. John's father was Absolom Trull b: abt. 1790 in Anson Co., NC. He married Sara Gurley on 1 Dec 1812 in Haywood Co., NC. Sara's father Isham Gurley was a Rev. War Veteran from Anson Co., NC. (he pension request was refused because he was short about 1 month of having enough service time). Will be happy to share what I have.
