Does anyone that lives or is from Swain County, North Carolina have any information about this person, "Renie Truitt", she had a son and gave him her maiden name, "Murghy Truitt" although his daughter, which is my grandmother, always said that her grandfather was Jim Pat DeHart (the herbal docter). I'm interested in the blood line, I think that Murghy's blood line was DeHart but have no records proving it. I would apappreciate any help, this has bothered me for years as I try to run the family records back.
