John &/or Stuart -- Do you have a list of the children of Elijah who married Rachel and or the Elijah who married Mary? I have my gentleman of mystery as:
Mr. Truett who was born in South Carolina. He married MERCY Unknown. She was born c1813 in South Carolina. She shows in the household of:
John Wesley Truett who was born October 20, 1833 in Ozark, Dale County, Alabama and died April 17, 1914 in Clarke County, Alabama. He is buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Prospect Beat, Clarke County, Alabama just outside of Thomasville.
He married Emily Caroline Ward on November 2, 1854 in Henry County, Alabama, daughter of John Ward. She was born December 25, 1829 in Ozark, Dale County, Alabama and died November 30,1922 in Chiefland, Levy County, Florida....

The daughter Sarah is the line I am following. Any help would be appreciated. I found the childrens names so often in your messages and in other families. The naming patterns... just keep being repeated!!!!!!!!!!
