Does anyone know if her husband Col. James L. Trueheart is a descendant of James L. Trueheart of San Antonio, ca. 1840s? Would like to know any connection as I have Truehearts in my tree. thank you

MILDRED TRUEHEART

VICTORIA - Mildred M. Trueheart, 81, of Victoria, passed away Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007. She was born Oct. 16, 1926, in Edna, to the late Lester and Edith Mitchell Green. She was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church, VFW Auxiliary, and Senior Friends Club.
Survivors include her daughter, Jimmie Lou Trueheart of Austin; son, Jay Trueheart and his wife, Kelly, of Victoria; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Col. James L. Trueheart; sister, Mary Lou McDonald; and brother, Lester Green.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007, at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4401 Lilac, Victoria, Texas 77904.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rosewood Funeral Chapels, Victoria, 361-573-4546.
