The two best on-line sources for the ancestry of John Trueblood and Agnes Fisher are maintained by (alphabetically) Wendy Parkinson of Hykeham, Linconshire, England, and by Lane Trueblood of Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

Mrs. Parkinson has unearthed documents that
establish an unbroken lineage between Thomas Trueblood, est. birth 1560-65 and the John Trueblood (born in 1654) who died in Albemarle in 1692.

Mr. Trueblood lists every source upon which the lineage he presents has been based; an admirable approach, and one which should be adopted by researchers confident of their data.
