I will try and help you with more information on the troy family in offaly.Ithink that patrick troy was probably from drom, and his wife from offaly. as soon as i get more time to spare i will look up the troys onmy1881census discs, and my vital records discs which cover births marriages and christenings. i can tell you most of the troys are in toomevara nenagh co tipperary and drom. i am not very good with computers and do not get much time to use it, however as i am an in law of the troys i will try and help you jim tate
