Troy I believe I saw a William and Elizabeth while doing some of may on research on the Trout Family. I was searching on world connect on roots web for the name Mary Trout or Mary Troutt with spouse name Solomon Devault. If remember correctly her father and brother were William and one of them were married to an Eliz. Good luck I hope this helps. I also happen to have been told Mary's mother was Indian. This group of Trout's are buried in the Trout Cemetery in Knoxville.
