Christmas Holidays Mark Wedding
Anniversaries of Couples of Vicinity

Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo B. Troutman of North Liberty, Ind., are to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary at their home Sunday, December 28, with a family dinner at the noon hour and open house for friends and relatives from 2 until 4 o'clock.

Mrs. Troutman was born in Fulton county, near Kewanna, on March 20, 1876, daughter of Perry and Catherine Calvin.

Her husband was also born in Fulton county, January 27, 1872, son of Greenup and Isabelle Troutman.

The celebrants were married in Rochester, December 29, 1897.

They are the parents of eight children: Bert Troutman of Lakeville, Perry Troutman of Kewanna, Mrs. Isabelle Wedly [sic] and Mrs. Grace Cool of North Liberty, Mrs. Julia Weaver and Mrs. Mary Heuck of South Bend, Miss Mae Troutman of Los Angeles and Mrs. Ella Teal of Chicago. They have 22 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Troutman resided in Winamac for many years, where they both were members of the Christian church.
