Hi, I would also like to purchase a regular copy of this book. However, I went to the Salt Lake City History Library and copied the book. I Also copied the Trout book which is over 900 pages long by Kyle Trout of Pennsylvania. I guess we must be cousins or something. At least we are related. My grandmother was a Trout.
