I am a descendant of Troges, who originally settled in Omaha, NE. August and Martha (Kratzke) Troge came to the United States in 1901 with their 4 children. August's sister Minnie and Pauline had arrived in the states in 1892. Minnie married Henry Dienes, who had a daughter Elizabeth Dienes from a former marriage. August and Martha moved to Michigan from Omaha in 1903. Pauline Troge, who came with Minnie, may have moved West. I beleive she married Herman Geske. I don't know if the Troges from the Iowa area are related either, as I have made no connection to them. If you beleive you have ANY info at all, about these families, please contact me.
