Dan, I have just begun a search for my maternal grand-mother's family. I know that her mother's name was Trodden and lived in Leeds, England - family in Bolton, also. Her mother married a Smidowicz. My gran-mother's name was Mary. She married a J. or W. Henry and they went to NY, then back to Englan, then back to NY for good. There was reportedly one sister, Ann. Does any of this sound like you might know of this family?
