Who was Annie Tritt who married Allen Thorpe in Calhoun Co. Alabama on 4-22-1903? Was she the same person as Mary Ann Tritt who married W. G. Gaines on may 5, 1889 in Calhoun Co. Alabama? Are there any descendants of either of these marriages living today. If so, please post references here. Mary Ann Tritt was a sister to my Grandfather John Jefferson Tritt of Suches, Ga. and his brother William Beauregard Tritt of Suches, Ga. then Calhoun Co-- Oxford Al. and then Birminghamm, Al. I so want to find anything about what happened to Mary Ann or Annie Tritt.
