Looking for information on my great grandmother, Effie Martha Tritt who was born in 1865 - (I thought it was in Iowa, but could be Montana). Family names in connection with her are Pearson and Mast.
The only information I have is that somehow Effie traveled to Oregon and in 1888 married Austin Lincoln Coon. Eventually she left Austin in Oregon and took the five children to Dillon, Montana where the children grew up. Sometime in the 1920s she and her daughter (Martha Manila Coon - Stark) and grandchildren moved to So. California. Effie died in 1942 in Torrance, CA.
I've hit a brick wall with this one. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.
