Joseph Annajee was born about 1840 in India, went to Trinidad as an indentured servant.

While in Trinidad he was converted to Christianity under Rev. John Morton and the Presbyterian Church.

He had two children at the time of writing his story (1879) and his wife had already died by that time.

Now, my great, great grandmother was Anna Annajee from Trinidad, she married a Gonzales.

I'm trying to find out anything at all about the Annajee's in Trinidad, if there are any left. Please contact me!
