James Etherington Trimble - Farmerville, Louisiana

I am a descendent of James Etherington Trimble.....he is my great grandfather. My name is Susan Trimble Svenson and my father was Robert Munger Hardy Trimble (his grandson.) James E. Trimble's son was James Guy grandfather (who became the editor of the Farmerville Gazette after James E. died.
James Guy Trimble was married to Martha Hardy Trimble (my
grandmother and they lived in Ruston, Louisiana and later moved to Shreveport, La. James Guy and Martha had three children - Dorothy Hardy Trimble, Guy Hardy, and Robert (my dad), Guy was killed at Tulane after he had graduated from Georgia Tech and Dorothy never married. They all grew up in Shreveport, La. My father (Robert) was a graduate of MIT and then went to law school at Centenary College in Shreveport. He practiced law in Shreveport. I have one brother Robert Munger Trimble, Jr. and we both live in a suburb of Seattle...Bellevue, WA. I would be interested in hearing more about what you have learned about the Trimble family and James Etherington Trimble in particular.
