I have a copy of a quit claim deed to Dan and Mary Francis Adams dtd 15 Jan 1897 from M T TRICE. I believe there may be some family records with my ancestors names in a TRICE family holdings because there seemed to be different transactions dating from 1887, a indenture contract with Andy and Wesley Adams and a Deed with Westley and Harriet Ann Adams. I am trying to find the last slaveholder of my grgrgrandparents Daniel and Mary Francis Adams. If anyone has some records with these names please email me back. I am trying to get over this brick wall and find my ancestors past and maybe their siblings or parents, where I found them in Monroe Ms. The area they lived in for at least 40 years was a black community named Central Grove Ms-Okolona.
