Cotner, married to Ophellia Rogers they had five children. They are James Perry, Thomas Enoch, Tennessee A., Alabama, and Missouri Jane. Enoch was born 08 July 1862 in Alabama and died 26 October 1948 in Mooringsport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana and is buried at Clark Cemetery, near Jenkins, Morris County, Texas.
