I think I am close to making a connection with the Trevethan line.I found a grave in Amador City, California, of a John Trevethan while searching for a relative's grave, which was found right next to John's.This is the Gold Country from the California gold rush.I'm just curious:it was such a poignant marker with a wonderful poem.John died at age 20.The year is hard to read but I think it is 1888.It is an elaborate plot with a wrought iron fence and gate around the large stone.
Does this ring any family bells?
