I cannot help on this because I have done nothing original on the descendants of John Peter Tressler who came to America in the 1730s. My line is the Andreas Dresslar line, the immigrant who came in 1752, unconnected with the above John Peter. It is the Andreas Dressler family I have rsearched extensively.
By chance, Andreas had a son David, born at an undetermined time, but he leaves his estate to four sisters and a lawyer is searching for them all in 1854, from Clark Co., VA, so it seems likely he had no children. A 1761 birth year would be possible, on the high end (rather old) but maybe.
I do not follow the numbering system for the lists at the website you gave me, but it seems toconform to what i have for John Peter Tressler pretty well except that more children are offered than I have seen before. The David (6-4) who made his will in 1836 is entirely new to me, but it certainly is true that many of this Tressler/Tresslar family are in the Montgomery County, Ohio area in the early to mid 19th century.
It would certainly add spice to the account of MY Dresslers if I could claim your David for the one I only know wants to leave his property to his four sisters. But they are doubtless not the same. -Lew E.
