Got information that my father's mother's maiden name was Louise Tremble from Quebec, Canada. She was a widow, age of 31 to 32 years, in Jan. of 1908. She had 2 children by this marriage, no last name given. She went by the name of Louise Jones in Lowell, MA when she gave birth to my father June 3, 1909 and named him Peter N. Jones. Her 2 children at this time were being cared for by her mother S. Tremble in Quebec, Canada. She also had 3 brothers, believe their names to be Edward Tremble, Freduc Tremble and Emil Tremble. She gave up my father at birth to be taken care of by a family in Lowell, MA before he was taken by social services in 1910 as a ward of the state of MA. I would appreciate any knowledge of this family from Quebec or the family from Lowell, MA. who was taking care of him.
