My ggggramma was Lucrecia Amazeen b.14July,l785 in Newcastle...d.29Marchl864 on Kimball island ,Me. She married George W. Kimball of Me. and raised 11 children on the island. One of her sons built a ship and took passengers around the horn to Calif. l850. I have the ships log. There is a John Amazeen mentioned as "John the greek" from Portsmouth in other records. Can anyone shed any light on this Amazeen? Thanks
