Treebys and Coles Devon England

My great grandfather was Edwin Treeby Cole, born 5 April 1846 in Aveton Gifford, S. Devon, England. I have so far traced the origin of the Treeby link to Edwin’s mother, Emma Treeby who married John Cole, probably around 1820. From the 1851 census for Devon, I think that Emma’s mother was Susanna Treeby, from nearby Ughborough, born around 1787, but I haven’t been able to confirm this as yet. I know that the Cole family later moved to Bristol (where I was born), but none of the censuses help me here. Any info on either of these Treeby or Cole families would be greatly appreciated.
