Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Russ, I have been trying for a couple of days to figure out how to best respond to your message. I will try to do the best I can.

You asked whether I could get to my Family Home Page from FTM while it was open. NO. When I am in FTM the only way I can see to get to my user home page is to go to View My Family Home Page. I do not see any other option to go to the "Online Menu" you mention. So, I don't know how to log out of that. Only how to log in.

The only way I can get to my established home page is to do it from my browser. When I go to View my home page from within FTM I basically get what looks like the Genealogy.com site rather that the FTM one, both URLs mentioned in the previous message.

The Tech crew at FTM gave me my new Login and password info for FTM after they consolidated my FTM Accounts, but when I try to use that from the FTM User Home Page site, it is rejected. When I try to login with the genealgy.com site it says "Welcomn Edward", but I cannot get to the URL website with my reports from there.

I am sorry to be such a pain, but really don't know what to do next.

Ed Crump
