It skips pages in the PDF file created in the book preview. All the pages are there in the saved review file. I erased the saved view and the index in the Book Preview area each time and tried 3 generations, 4 generations and 10 generations and same results of missing pages in the book preview with index. The index page number citations are of course still wrong. I've compacted the file and that does not change anything either.

In the saved view it is 309 page report and when I do a Book Preview this report becomes 291 pages. And the Index starts on page 310.... So it has something to do with the PDF generation. PDF is actually a printer driver so it is acting the same as a printer just printing to a file.

I have Adobe 4.05 PDF software and I get the same results with it as I do using Family Tree PDF driver.

Still stuck...
