It's been ages since I checked in but am excited to see another reference to Treagus. Do you have any references to the name as hyphenated "Carver-Treagus"? I'm looking for ancestors or information of a George Treagus (sometimes known as Jack)who married a Lucy Cherryman around 1900. Believe he was from Ireland. They had five children. Areas the families lived include Worthing, West Sussex, Angmering, Newplace, Dovecote. Thanks for any leads!
