In need of documentation linking HRD to Stephen Jr

My application to the SAR for Stephen Treadwell Sr. has been rejected as they are no longer taking DAR Record files as evidence of lineage. I have solid documentation back to CC as the son of HRD. I also have a reference from the Murray County Heritage book identifying Stephen Sr. as the father of Stephen Jr.

I need evidence identifying HRD as the son of Stephen Jr.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
