Re: Trainor and New Zealand Dear Kate, As far as I know we are not part of this family, as the Patrick Joseph Traynor in Kiwi Kuzins Traynors was born according to their tree as being born in 1843, Ballina, County Mayo. ( I wish I was as it would make things a lot easier.) I do have a Patrick J. Traynor born in Drogheda the same time as my Grandfather Francis Joseph Traynor(twin) baptised in St Peters Roman Catholic Church, Drogheda on 12 February, 1961(have copy of certificate). He had a nephew William who still has decendents in Drogheda. There was another Patrick Joseph Traynor in Australia but is not mine but may be yours you may find him on Rootsweb or Genforum as I contacted the person who did the tree he sent a copy of the birth certificate but I didn't keep this email sorry. If I come across it I will send. Mine has been hard to find and I'm beginning to think there were no decendents. One possibility is in the 1910 Census married to a Jennie Kent in New York New York City and appears to be a second marriage and am in the process of writing to Roman Catholic Churches in the area of West 11th Street but am coming to the conclusion I need a researcher. I certainly will help in anyway possible if I knew what you are looking for. I know there are Trainer's in the lower North Island of New Zealand and some Treanors who are more recently come to NZ. Kind regards Frances L. Ross P>S. I do have several other siblings of these two brothers and most seem to have been in MA and Oregon. Notify Administrator about this message?
