When I first read your posting asking if Barnabus Traylor could be Cary Traylor I did not think that I would eventually come to the conclusion that the so called Barnabus Sr is really Cary Traylor Jr in the census in KY. Cary disappears after 1840 which correlates to the dates that are given for remarriage for Jennie Thomas. Does anybody ever see a Baranbus Traylor in the census before 1850? No, only when the young Barnabus Traylor appears in 1850 with his new wife Adaline Adams do we see the name of Barnabus. It would be nice if some more documents would appear. pamela
