James Travis (c1760-1839) died in Anderson Co, KY. His last wife was Edy Davis, who he married 1826 in Shelby County, adjacent to Anderson, when they were "senior citizens". I can not find a will for him and his children have been a mystery except for James Jr, Moses and Isaac. Unfortunately past researchers have confused James with other Travers/Travis males in KY. Can any one shed some light on the the old boy? Jerry: lobo50@verizon.net
